Experience, knowledge, and dedication you can trust! I grew up in the Gold Country of the Sierra Nevada Foothills which is where I am happy to call home today. I earned a bachelor’s degree from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo and enjoyed living on the beautiful Central Coast for 20 years. In 1987, I started working in the real estate industry, originally as a part-time job while attending college, and 35 years later, I absolutely LOVE my career! I have over 25 years of experience working in real estate transactions in the Escrow and Title Insurance side. In 2016, I received my Mortgage Loan Originator's license, and it was a very smooth transition into home financing and a perfect fit! I am here to assist, advise, guide, and educate you about all things related to mortgage loan financing - whether it be a first-time homebuying experience, upgrading to add more room for your growing family, purchasing a mountain cabin where many precious memories of a lifetime will be made, maybe finally slowing down, simplifying and settling into the retirement home that you have always dreamed of, or refinancing an existing mortgage to lower the interest rate, shorten the loan term, take cash out on your equity or to consolidate debt resulting in significant savings and creation of wealth in real estate.
