I have been helping clients purchase and refinance their home loans since July 2000. Financing a home can be stressful as it is time sensitive, with lots of new information and typically the largest financial transaction a person will make in their lifetime. Therefore, I use a financial planning approach to make sure we are helping the client accomplish their current and lifetime goals. Additionally, when the client is in contract, we share their next steps and timelines on a weekly basis to keep the client and their realtor informed of the approval process.
